Oven-baked Nachos with veggie sticks and Roasted Pepper

Forget over-spiced nachos under a mountain of melted processed cheese, and try this more pure variation with the addition of veggie sticks! Apart from looking beautiful on the table, this snack is also good for your figure. It's even tastier if you heat the nachos briefly in the oven, and for an extra festive effect, sprinkle them with some fresh green herbs, like parsley. Use seasonal veggies cut into batons perfect for dipping in our heavenly Roasted Pepper. Put a big bowl of them on the table and enjoy with some drinks with friends.

 

Ingredients:

You will need

  • 200 g corn tortilla chips (nachos)

  • 100 g kohlrabi

  • 150 g baby carrots

  • 1 small handful fresh parsley to garnish

  • 1 pack Roasted Pepper

Recipe:

How it's made!

Heat your oven to 150 degrees Celsius. Spread out the chips in a large oven dish and heat them for five minutes in the oven.

Peel the kohlrabi and cut into thin batons. Do the same with the carrots.

Remove the dish from the oven and add the veggies. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with a bowl of Roasted Pepper.
