Pizza with Sun-dried Tomato Hummus, basil and soft goat cheese
Pizzas have a bad image due to the amount of fat (and thus calories) they contain. That's unfortunate, because it's really easy to make a healthy pizza that's as delicious as it is nutritious. Try spreading some Sun-dried Tomato Hummus on the pizza base for a change. It's great in combination with soft goats' cheese and fresh basil. Slice up the pizza and serve it with a side streamed veggies like broccoli or cauliflower. Now you can enjoy a delicious pizza without guilt!
You will need
- 1 pizza base
- 1 pack of Sun-dried Tomato Hummus
- 100 g soft goats' cheese (in balls or crumbled)
- 1 handful fresh basil
How it's made!
Prepare the pizza base according to the instructions.
Spread the pizza base with hummus and add the goats' cheese. If your goats' cheese is packaged as a single piece rather than balls, simply use a fork to crumble first.
Put the pizza back in the oven for five minutes and serve with a garnish of fresh basil. Slice the pizza into triangles and serve on a nice wooden serving board.
