Wraps with spicy seeds, avocado, cucumber and Grilled Red Pepper Hummus

Wraps are the ultimate comfort food. They're quick to prepare and can be made entirely to your taste. Our favourite wraps are filled with Grilled Red Pepper Hummus and spicy seeds. They're even more delicious (and all the more healthy) with the addition of baby kale, but rucola and other salad leaves also work great. Enjoy these wraps as part of a fun dinner with friends or family. You might like to serve them on a nice, big platter so that people can dig in and help themselves, but it's even more fun to host a little 'wrap party': serve the wraps along with all the different ingredients in separate bowls on the table so that everyone can put their wraps together however they choose. This is also a great way to make healthy eating more appealing to kids!

 

Ingredients:

You will need

  • 4 wraps

  • 1 pack Grilled Red Pepper Hummus

  • 100 g baby kale (or rucola)

  • 2 avocados

  • 60 g spicy seeds

  • 6 radishes

How it's made!

Heat your wraps for a few minutes in the oven or in a dry frying pan.

Cut the radishes into thin slices and the and the peeled, de-stoned avocado into strips.

Spread each wrap with Grilled Red Pepper Hummus, spicy seeds, baby kale and slices of radish and avocado. Season to taste with salt and pepper, then fold the wraps.

Keep the wraps held together with a cocktail stick or a piece of string. Enjoy them as a meal or slice into discs and serve as a party snack.
